1. Acceptance of Terms
Wooflect is a service operated by Tsixi Ventures, LLC dba Happy Big Dogs ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Wooflect (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not Veterinary Advice
Wooflect provides AI-generated general information about canine health, care, and behavior. Content produced by the Service is NOT professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet. In an emergency, contact a 24/7 veterinary clinic immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at BigDog@happybigdogs.net of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions (e.g. Wooflect Pro, Basic Featured, Premium Featured) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, chat questions). By submitting content, you grant Wooflect a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Third-Party Content (Veterinary Listings)
Listings for veterinary clinics are provided for informational purposes. Wooflect does not endorse or guarantee any third-party clinic. Verify details directly with the clinic.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wooflect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wooflect from any claim arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. SMS & Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number in the Wooflect app or on our SMS opt-in page and checking the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Wooflect by Tsixi Ventures, LLC dba Happy Big Dogs — including vaccine and vet-visit reminders, pet-health emergency alerts, and account notifications — at that number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. For assistance, contact BigDog@happybigdogs.net. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
