0. Who we are
Wooflect is a service operated by Tsixi Ventures, LLC dba Happy Big Dogs based in Oregon, USA. Questions? Reach us at BigDog@happybigdogs.net.
1. Information We Collect
Account info: your email, name, and hashed password. Pet profile info: your dog's name, breed, age, weight, photos, and notes. Chat content: questions and photos you send, plus AI responses. Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe; Wooflect never sees or stores your card number.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide the Service, process payments through Stripe, detect fraud, and send transactional emails. We do NOT sell your personal data.
3. AI Processing
Chat questions and photos are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) via our secure backend to generate a response. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. Chat history is stored so you can revisit it and is deleted when you delete your account.
4. Data Sharing
We share limited data only with Stripe (payments), our AI provider (current chat content), and authorities when required by law. We never share your data with veterinary clinics or advertisers.
5. Data Retention
When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days (except legally-required receipts).
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You may access, correct, delete, or export your data. Delete your account any time from Profile → Delete Account, or email BigDog@happybigdogs.net.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS. Payment data is tokenized by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1).
8. Children
Wooflect is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Cookies & Analytics
We use local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies that identify individual users.
10. International Users
Your data may be processed in the United States. By using the Service you consent to this transfer.
11. SMS & Mobile Opt-In Information
When you opt in to text messages (in the app or on our SMS opt-in page), we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent, including a timestamp, solely to send the messages you requested (vaccine & vet-visit reminders, pet-health emergency alerts, and account notifications). No mobile information — your phone number, opt-in, or consent — will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) strictly to transmit the messages you signed up for. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and text HELP for help.

We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
